Honestly, less than 1% of credit card agents do a routine review of their customer’s statements. Why is it important? You agent in most cases has access to your statement, and can review it for things like inaccurate billings, extra fees, etc. Often I have notices an inaccurate billing while doing a routine statement review for my customers and contacted them to let them know they are getting a credit, before they have even received the statement. If your agent doesn’t do this for you, why are they your agent?
