Full Integration

If you process more than 50 invoices a month, a full integration is the best option. You can send email invoices individually or in bulk to collect payments efficiently, and customer balances are automatically updated as payments are received.

Partial Integrations

The benefit of a partial integration is that there’s no additional cost. You simply paste a payment link into your electronic (email) invoice, and your customer clicks the link to make a payment. You can offer both credit card and ACH options. Once the payment is made, you’ll receive an email notification and can manually update the invoice—just like you would when processing a check.

To streamline the process further, we can customize your payment link to include optional or required fields, such as invoice number(s), making it easier to apply payments accurately.

Full Integration

Full integration with QuickBooks? Yes, we can do that!
If you're processing more than 50 transactions a month, the time saved from not entering payments manually more than justifies the cost of integration.

With full integration, you can send invoices that include a payment link, and once your customer pays, QuickBooks is automatically updated—including which specific invoices were paid.
